Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered from door dash for family members that were at Mercy hospital. After door dash took my 60.00 for VERY overpriced burgers and fries, as their food is average but close to the hospital, 5 Guys cancelled the order. If they are not going to deliver to the hospital it shouldn’t be listed on the Door Dash menu. Other restaurants come up with the message they can’t deliver there... View all feedback.
Love it. Also loved the free peanuts while you wait for the fresh French fries. Highly recommend them. I will be back.

Fries are so delicious. It’s very nice to grab breakfast or brunch here.
Don't eat here alot but when I do I normally don't have a issue went and got some food before heading back to work and my burger wasn't cooked all the way through now I'm stuck at work with my client and can't leave
My brother absolutely loved the burgers. I was able to cut off part for myself because it was pretty big. Fries were awesome.
