Nice shop, staff are always friendly and quick. Place is well kept and the food and drinks are good. Wifi is fast, bathrooms clean, and the owner is usually around and does a good job. Never super packed but they can get pretty busy, otherwise a spot where the local students hang out and study. View all feedback.

Just stopped by the South Plaza location! Wonderful, as always. From time to time I have the chance to see 'the boss ' as I did today. Zach is such a good and approachable human. He is often jumping right in with staff to ring an order, make a drink or clean up. What a refreshing view of a working boss! Bonus, Bonus — the coffee is great and the pastries are often *better* than great! View all feedback.
Great customer service and STELLAR coffee. The chocolate chai was pretty great and we grabbed a bag of beans to take home.

Nice place. Plenty of seating. Seems to be a UMKC spot.
Decided to try a new coffee cafe this morning. Instead of warm friendly faces and great customer service. I was not welcomed nor was my order treated the same as others in the establishment. If I’m going purchase an over priced chai latte, I’d prefer it be from a friendly inclusive establishment.
Coffee was good but the young lady who made my double espresso could not contain her disdain for me. I don’t think I’m repulsive but maybe I am. I do go out in public regularly and interact with humans daily but maybe I’m just gross. I should check maybe. Anyway, she handed me the cup, I thanked her, got some skunk eye and she went back to looking at her phone. Young man behind the counter was very nice, however.
