I was slightly disappointed the last time we were here this week. I got the One Smart Brookie and my brownie was all in one massive chunk, it wasn't broken apart and mixed, it was just a huge chunk in the center of my ice cream and I had to break it up myself which was a bit difficult with a plastic spoon. Ordered ahead. Not ready at time told. Employee was sitting on counter when I arrived and then acted like the order just came in. Had been 20 mins.
Love Cold Stone but this location is awful. Ordered online and arrived at the time stated but nothing had been started. Girl working gave tons of attitude when I asked for it. Took an additional 20 mins to fulfill with no other customers. Just laziness.
Took 40 mins to make 2 shakes for a drive thru order one was wrong but the kicker is they sat on the counter for 15 mins while No one could do their job and were melted when we finally did get them....
Too many delicious choices! Great ice cream shop with friendly staff.
