Arby's - Missouri

With the wagyu beef sign on I had to drop in and check it out. First the dining room is open. It is extremely clean, not ever having ordered the burger I asked about what went into the burger and the staff took their time and walked me through the difference. Omg I think this burger should be up for one of the best burgers in St. Louis area. It’s really good. The classic roast beef sandwiches were decent. The curly fries were really good and so was the strawberry lemonade. I ordered a Gyro that wasn't put in the bag but going through the drive thru my problem was remedied quickly. All in all a good Arby's.

Went to Drive-thru at 4:00, Monday the 8th of August. Bought 2 for $6 deal, one a chicken sandwich. 1st they squirted ranch sauce 1/2 on 1/2 off the bread, topped with 1/2 brown lettuce, topped by 2 little pcs of mostly breaded chicken. Used to like Arbys, but you never know if this ones going open and it is, this is the food you get

Terrible. Terrible customer service. Everything is just terrible about this location. If you want Arby's, go to the one further down mid rivers in between the mobile and Wendy's. So much nicer, foods always good. The guy on the speaker was extremely rude, and wouldn't let us talk, and whenever we tried telling him that we didn't want certain stuff on a sandwich we got no reply when we asked if he heard us, his response was “yea I got that your total is ” we weren't rang up for the right items … – show

New staff is a lot more friendly and quick. Manager (Sully) is awesome and takes care of his customers. Highly recommend this location.
