Great donuts, kolaches, breakfast tacos and more within sienna

Terrible customer service. They say they are open at 5 but nothing is ready until 6am. The day before, I placed an order for pickup at 5:30am and paid ahead of time only for them to tell me they are too busy and I will have to wait 30 minutes. They did nothing to try and make the situation better and were rude when I showed them proof of my order.

Went for tacos, and decided to order their potatoe, egg, and cheese option. Boy to my surprise they're stupendous!!! Perfect ratio of potatoes to egg and amount of cheese! The lady was excellently gracious. Helped me with my order and had just awesome customer service! I was short on my card and had to split the bill, she blessed me with $4, I only wish I could've tipped, but ends are tight. However, that didn't stop her from doing her best!! she offered salsa as I walked towards the door. Andi excused myself and wish them well. The amount of time spent in there only made me excited to try to tacos. Which by the way had the best flavor. Thanks crew at snowflake donuts for the great tacos! Keep up the great customer service, and delicious tacos!! My new favorite place for breakfast!!

Extremely convenient for Sienna residents! My faves are the jalapeño kolaches, blueberry donuts, and apple fritters. The boudin kolaches with jalapeños are another spicy start to your morning. Snowflake Donuts IMHO is better than Shipley and faster in out.

Great doughnuts, decent kolaches. Customer service attitude could use some improvement but overall I'm a satisfied frequent customer.
