Mcdonald's - Missouri City

I needed to grab a meal. The restaurant was really cozy. We shared a chuckle over a mix-up in my order. The wait was a bit too long. But an extra staff member double-checked my order once it arrived to ensure I had everything and promptly fixed a missing item. Exceptional service!

Very clean very nice. the staff was nice and ready to help them. but eating is not fresh from the grill, it tasted as if it was prefabricated among the lights

Eating is always fresh here my only complaint is the drive thru and parking place, but not only that if they have a look at the black lkw there left children in the car while they get food in got also picture of mother coming after 12 min in mcdonald’s?

Worse customer service ever. I was on site today and the managername pink and coworkername keith were totally insulting. infact i and there was another dame with a head cloth were completely different treated by the manager name pink. she is a racist person. she refused to help me and the other lady with our online orders that we had paid and yet she gave the other customers their choice a royal treatment. manager called pink told other employees that she shouldn't help me because she needed them more to pack the orders while she already had 10 employees almost the same work. I didn't get the job I paid for. they did not give me what I paid for the app not sending orders in their system. a complete lie, but still my payment was processed. the coworker name keith constantly harassed me with corresponding comments. I try to reach the customer service, but at the same time this incident is reported to bbb. customers had to interfere on my half to stop the staff and also the other customers excused me for mcdonald staff primarily pink and keith behavior. How shameful!

Came at 11:00 they pretend not to see me in the drive thru. I had a mobile order on the app and just waited while being ignored for 10 minutes. If your hours are different update the app and Google because it saids y’all are still open. If your shutting down 30 minutes early that’s not acceptable.
