Jamba - Missouri City

Terrible service. When I walked in there was no one behind the counter. Waited 8 minutes before Maci G came out. during that time, another customer shouted hello!! trying to get someone 's attention. Maci did not greet me, did not ask me what I wanted, had a scowl on her face, and begrudgingly took my order. Another employee came in from outside to make my drink looking just as gloomy as the first. The drink was good but the service.... horrible. Will NOT be back.

Went here after a morning jog and got a delicious protein smoothie. The establishment was nice and clean with lots of space and natural light. I don’t go to Jamba Juice a lot but will probably start visiting this one more often.

Ordered a smoothie bowl and they put so much granola it felt like I was eating cereal. The smoothie was also very liquidity like juice consistency.

Service was disgusting. Came here to order for 5 people but i left since your slumpy employees dont have the right type of energy and so you get $0 business. Best feeling ever.

Poor customer service. They don't greet you when you walk in or ask how they can help. The employees here the manager just stare and blink with a straight face like they hate their job. They just sit your food out without letting you know it's there, like they could care less. This has happened to me 2 days in a row When I called the manager was very apathetic didn't offer any compensation or sincere apology I'm done with this location!
