I placed an online order at this restaurant and specifically noted in the instructions to not include any beans due to a food allergy. Unfortunately, when my wife began eating her meal, she unknowingly consumed some beans hidden at the bottom, resulting in a severe allergic reaction. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to multiple managers, but never received a satisfactory response. This experience highlights the importance of restaurants being more educated and careful when handling food for customers with allergies. It is crucial that they avoid cross-contamination and take necessary precautions to prevent allergens from being present in the food. Chipotle needs to improve their practices to ensure the safety of customers with food allergies. This incident was a serious oversight that could have had dire consequences.
