I asked about well done and even if the floor sees it, its pretty soggy. it was not really cut through, so I had to take my pizza cutter. but still some of the best tasting pizza in the opposite View all feedback.
What Xhris doesn't like about Brooklyn Pizzeria:
Brooklyn Pizzeria has some of the best pizza in the Sugar Land/Missouri City area at a very good price. Always accurately made to order and prompt with preparation. Staff is always friendly. I will continue to return to Brooklyn. View all feedback.
Pizza made to order, either whole pizza or by the slice. One of the best crusts I've had in a long time. Staff was friendly, courteous, and lots of smiles. Great place to eat after coming from the movie theater.
Subpar eatery, nothing special or worth going out of your way for. If you?re in a hurry or in a pinch it will do the trick. Not recommended. For whatever it?s worth the customer service is good wish the food measured up.
One of the more authentic NY-style pizzas in houston. the prices are moderate and the service is friendly. menu offers other items next to pizza and you should try it!
Food is usually good no issues there but that customer service is god awful. So awful I don?t even want to go back and I?m a regular there. Dude made me wait right in front of his face for my pizza for an hour, and when I finally decided I was just going to ask for a refund he simply goes to the back and gives me my pizza in literally 2 seconds. Then he offered me some Pepsi?s that were on previous customer?s table and half way consumed as compensation for my time. Actually a daft and super unprofessional move. Don?t deal with it, go to the other Brooklyn or go somewhere else it?s not worth it.
Visited simply because we were in the area. Seemed busy (in a good way), lots of foot traffic picking up phoned-in orders, folks coming in to place take-out orders, etc. So we figured it would be good. Unfortunately, their default setting for pizza is undercooked, and a 9 Italian Sub consisted of ham and cheese only. It would have been difficult for them to screw up their dinner salad, because it contained only 3 items, 95% of which was lettuce, but at only 4 bites it does not warrant a charge of $3.50. My rating would have been 2 stars, except that the pizza we boxed and took home, when rewarmed properly, finally got cooked completely, and crisped right up; it was not bad, but plain, uninspired, and underseasoned. In short, we won 't be going back. Unless you like plain, floppy, undercooked pizza, be sure to order yours very well done and extra crispy.
