I'm a member of a local school booster club. we have noodles express for a lunch for teacher appreciation week. the whole process was so painless, from a million ask to the front counter to pick up. our teachers and employees loved everything and I was very happy to have the servier spoons. thank you and we will see you next year! What User doesn't like about Noodle Express:
only every big one in the awhile is the broccoli I get in every dish not super mushy and gray in the color. absolutely rough! I don't know why we keep giving it. so disappointed. I will not even comment on the inconsistencies of chicken textur. my family and I take a very long break from one of our last favorites. View all feedback.
Missoula Broadway location: Our family called in an order. I ordered chicken Osaka with extra sauce and slaw on the side. When my husband picked it up he reiterated that I wanted extra sauce. What I got was no Osaka sauce and no veggies (it even said veggies on side on the receipt). So I got dressed and drove the 20 minutes across town. I told the manager there was no oska sauce which made the meal extremely plain to which she answered, but we cook the chicken in a ginger sauce, so it wasn 't plain, besides I bagged this and I know there was sauce . Trust me, the last thing I 'm going to do is crawl out of my comfy sweatpants and drive 20 minutes across town to try to scam an extra sauce. Won 't be back.
A long time customer but unfortunately, the last four or five times they have always forgotten some thing. You have to open up your bag when you pick up or get a delivery before the person drives off because something will be missing or incorrect.
Five times now my orders have been late, wrong,forgotten, cook staff wears no hair or beard coverings. its too bad because the food is ok. Last time I visit this place.
Brought a friend to the Broadway location because I wanted her to experience the Chicken Osaka which I love. We arrived at 12:30 and there were only a few other tables occupied. After we sat down an employee informed us that they were out of white rice and that it would be a twenty minute wait so we went with brown rice. It was okay but everything was room temperature. It seemed like the food had been scraped off the bottom of pans that had been sitting out . We needed more soy sauce and there was exactly one packet available. Employees seemed checked out and completely uninterested in helping customers. Not much slaw on the plate at all. The potstickers were great but they only had one of the two options available. I don't know how they could be so unprepared for what is likely their busiest time. I don't plan to return any time soon.
I don 't even know what to say at this point, Called in an order from the Southgate location in Early January, Called ahead since the order was large and my partner came to pick it up.. she got there only to find out YOU CANT EVEN USE THE GIFT CARDS YOU SOLD US. Was told it would be 2 weeks and its been 3 MONTHS. Every employee I 've talked to has no known timetable to be able to use them again. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE. The complete And utter disregard by 'corporate ' not supplying the machines to be able to use THEIR OWN GIFTS CARDS is quite honestly, embarrassing. The fact that you are still selling them(at least when I searched online) is one of the shadiest business practices I 've ever seen. Is there a way to return it?!? Has this happened to anyone else?! I 'm at a loss. Have eaten here for years with no issue. What a disappointment.
