Unfortunately, you cannot dine in at this restaurant as they are currently using the space for storage. The staff lacks friendliness, which may deter customers from wanting to eat in anyway. The food is okay, but not as good as it used to be. It seems that only offering drive-thru service has caused a decline in quality. Waiting in line for a simple fix to an order is not ideal. Overall, my order has been correct here, but the quality is lacking.
The young lady who took my order was extremely rude, despite my simple request to feed myself and my children. She was snippy while taking my order and seemed more interested in chatting with her coworker at the window than in serving the long line of customers at the drive-through. After taking my payment and handing us our drinks, she disappeared with her coworker for about 25 minutes. Although I understand that our specialized order may have taken some time, our food sat on the counter for 15 minutes, causing it to get cold. While waiting, I saw three other vehicles leave the line. When I finally received my food and returned home to eat, I was disappointed to find soggy chicken breading, cold and stiff fries for my kids, and rock-hard biscuits. The only decent part of the meal was the root beers, but they were warm due to the lack of ice. In hindsight, I wish I had gone to Double Front Cafe instead to support a local business.
The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays, which was disappointing as I had to travel two miles to find out. They should update their hours on their website and other platforms to avoid misleading customers.
I waited over ten minutes in the drive-thru for two orders of fries, and the customer service was awful.
We clearly ordered a k8 and two k9s, but somehow the server got the order wrong and gave us a k9 and a slightly modified version of the k8. I am giving this restaurant two stars because the service was quick, but getting our order wrong and causing frustration was a big downside. I may have to reconsider eating at this restaurant if there is a Chick-fil-A nearby.
