The food and service were excellent. The onion ring tower was fantastic, and the burgers were tasty as well. There are fun and unique combinations available with plenty of customization options. The milkshakes are incredibly delicious too. The staff was very friendly, polite, and attentive. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Works Craft Burgers Beer:
We went to work last Saturday for dinner. Very disappointed by the service. Totally untrained and no service experience. We just ordered two burgers and the Pommes etc. In the time we got condiments and wait for cutlery our food was served 10 minutes. I had to go in and ask for service. As a result, I didn't leave a tip. Very disappointing as the burgers were good. There is only so much that Covid and the unfortunate... View all feedback.
I ordered a club chicken wrap and the rotisserie chicken combo. It seemed like the staff was unhappy with the tip I left for takeout, as I overheard them mention "small tip" when the cashier communicated my order to the chef. The food was stale and difficult to chew, with the bacon being tougher than pebbles and the rice overly mushy. Additionally, the food took quite a while to arrive. Overall, I was not impressed with either the service or the food. There are definitely better places to spend your money in Port Credit.
I ordered the blue cheese chicken sandwich and ended up with an unappetizing mess. The wait was over 30 minutes, and when the sandwich finally arrived, it was missing the blue cheese and was completely soggy. The bun was falling apart and soaked, the lettuce was wilted, and I received an oversized portion of dry chicken that was mostly fat and tendon. To make up for it, they gave me a 2-pound container of mashed potatoes, which were served cold, lacked seasoning, and were chunky. I won't be returning, and I recommend you save your money.
I had a pleasant experience with the service; everyone was very kind and accommodating, especially when I was late picking up my order. However, I ordered the mac and cheese, and it was quite disappointing. It lacked flavor, and the chives tasted stale. Additionally, the container leaked in the bag, making everything soggy. I’ll try something else next time, but I don’t recommend the mac and cheese.
Went for the 1st time tonight give it a Big Fat ZERO!!. Dont Bother and Dont Waste your money!! Had 2 X breast 1/4 chicken, coleslaw a small mac n cheese. One bite of the dry tasteless mac n cheese, then 2 bites of the poutine and 2 bites of the chicken and as much as I Love Coleslaw, one smell said Nope . The total was $52.00 and it all went into the garbage. As we both had the same experience. I was the only patron the entire 1/2+ hrs it took to put my order together. Lots of time to see how filthy this place is and how cheaply it was reno 'd prior to opening. No plants in any of the 5-6 Ground Planters let alone no tables and chairs on the patio or inside but a MacGyvered plank/bench. Leaned against the fence and darn near fell into the the Nomads Restaurant Patio.....maybe it was telling me something. Thanks for nothing The Feed . Yikes it gives me an option to say did I dine in? Where????Parking: None!! Had to Park at Hurontario....should have gone to The Brogue instead of walking 3 blocks from the Public Lot .
