I didn't get his name, but the guy working overnight on July 15th deserves a raise. Buddy was the only one on the line and he was just getting bombarded with online orders and people walking in all while doing it like a champ. Good job! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
I went 6-7 times to this place and always the type that works there, says the grill is out. And I went today at 9:45 clock still the grill does not work the man says, and before he gave the order, I told him to grill my subdivision and he answered yes, but at the end he can not grill because it does not work and without asking me he double toast my subdivision. The staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly and the serving sizes were generous, especially when compared to other Subway locations.
I tried the meatball sub, which was good. Location is clean and ingredients are fresh.
0 ? 's we ordered 3 wraps, all were wrong through Uber eats. No sauce, no cheese, dry- wrong toppings. We called multiple times with no answer. After having to drive there which defeated the purpose of the Uber delivery he refused refunds or new wraps. Will never order from these locations again. I asked for his name as he did not have a name tag on and he also told me he didn 't have to tell me. Trash service.
The food is good, but there is usually only one worker, so it takes a long time to get your order. Overall rating: 5/5.
I entered the store at 11:35 and the server was making order for someone and after 13 min. Of me waiting in line he told me that we are closed. Outside it says open and online says open till 12 am. This is not the service you guys are providing to the customer. I travelled in snow to have it and this is what you are delivering ? I will rate 0 star for this kind of service.
