I absolutely love poutine so when I found out about this place I went there right away. True authentic poutine. They have so many combinations but I always get the plain with gravy and cheese curds which is my ultimate fav. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Smoke's Poutinerie:
This was the first time I visited the lakeshore-mississauga location... I have had smoke's in Toronto, and was totally impressed. I found at the Mississauga location, they did not add much toppings (as they do in Toronto). Mainly I got potato and bacon on all of my orders (3). There was barely any chicken on my chicken-backon order. Not impressed by that because I can have a box of just potato alone at home. View all feedback.
I ordered the bacon cheddar chili poutine and it was really tasty. The portion size was quite large, almost too much for a lunch. I inquired about the "snack" size option and learned that you can get a smaller portion of regular poutine with one topping. Next time, I plan to try the snack size with bacon topping, as I think it would be just the right amount for lunch.
I had the pleasure of trying the limited time Thanksgiving Dinner at this restaurant and it was excellent. The food was cooked fresh and the service was great as well.

I really enjoy visiting this location and having such a variety of poutine to choose from. I look forward to visiting again soon and trying one of the new varieties available.
Finally got around to trying this poutine emporium despite being Canadian I'm not crazy about poutine. That being said I was very impressed with the Nacho which I got you get a hefty amount for the standard size and there are lots of kinds to choose from. I shared with a friend very filling but the amount of topping can be a little extreme thus something I'd enjoy every 6 months.
