Stopped specifically to get a delicious hot chocolate and chai latte for our road trip and it was a good thing we were taking it to go as the place was quite busy for what we thought would be a quieter time. Service was still excellent and would gladly go back. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Second Cup:
A very nice place with comfy chairs, good food coffee and small patio. Sadly very understaffed which results in long waits, if this is rectified would give Tim Horton's a run for their money. View all feedback.
One of the best coffee in Canada. I do there every few days for an short single espresso with resin cookie. Free wifi and nice atmosphere
They should really hire more people for the holiday season because there was only 2 people on a weekend morning (one of them was training and I got the wrong item) so the line up was unnecessary long. Coffee was good though!

The staff was very pleasant. the prices were average and fair and i enjoyed the cheese bagel with cream cheese prepared exactly as i had requested. the place was clean and the wait was minimal. i would go back .
Food is as good as any other 2nd cup. Forget about relaxing here. The location is extremely busy at all times with people on their gadgets. Great for a grab n' go. Parking is decent. It's in a huge plaza.
