I ordered a Ramadan Special 3 piece meal for $5.99, which came with two thighs, a drumstick and fries. The chicken was seasoned well and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The fries were made fresh to order and were crispy with slight seasoning. They make a homemade hot sauce that isn't too hot but very flavourful. They take cash, debit and visa so payment was easy. Will definitely be a returning customer!
I went to check out this location as its been open for 4 months now. I went to try their burger combo, the owner was very friendly and and engaging. This is his forth location, he has 3 locations in Winnipeg. The combo was made fresh and hot. The Burger came with usual fries and a pop. The burger was fresh, crispy and enjoyable plus the fries was good too. Overall, a good option for a quick grab and go bite. For Muslim bro and Sis - They serve halal meat and the flyer I received at home stated they having zabihah by hand.
It's a nice little clean joint that has some really good fried chicken, and the food is really fresh. I'd much rather eat here than Popeye's or maybe even Quick Chik. The hot sauce here is home-made and really nice; it has this little peri-peri taste to it. The owner is this really warm and customer-friendly man, and this place deserves a lot of business. Sadly, the restaurant is this hidden hole in the wall and I think this takes away a lot of clients; I know I just stumbled upon it by chance. Will definitely be checking this out again.
Went with my sister and her kids. We all loved our food. The portions were pretty good. Everything tastes delicious. The prices were really good also. Owned by the nicest husband and wife. They gave the kids toys to play with while we waited for our food. Easy to talk to and very accommodating and attentive. Will definitely go back soon.
