Raw Aura Organic Cuisine - Mississauga

Being vegan, it is damn hard to find a restaurant that doesn't serve some sort of animal products. This restaurant has delicious and satisfying vegan options. It was the first place I tried the zoodles with the olive tapenade and it was f-ing delicious!!!! My only complaint - the plan was is soooooo small that If you wan to eat there, you can expect to wait at the very least an hour before getting a table. I would eat here more often if it wasn't for this. You can't come here with a large group either because there isn't any space. ☹️

We recently became whole food plant based in our diet. Although different needs than a Vegan, vegan restaurants are the closest to fit our needs. Nachos as appetizer - was impressed. Nachos were a "deconstructed" plate and very tasty. Would order again. For my main I had the Pad Thai and my Husband had the olive tapenade pasta. We both enjoyed our mains. Dessert we tried carrot cake and the chocolate banana mousse cake. Both were good but the carrot cake was so rich I could not finish. I suspect it was made with a lot of coconut oil which made it so rich. The banana mousse cake was not as rich but I detected banana flavouring or extract which gave it kind of an artificial taste. Was surprised that they do not serve coffee. Only tea. We did not ask why. I know that this is a specialized restaurant and the food was good. I have no complaints with anything except the price. I personally don't feel for the food we received that it was true value for the price charged. We enjoyed completely but if we have found other restaurants that truly rival this one at much lower menu price As a final statement service was great even though there was only one person serving. We did not lack for service but we felt sorry for the one server because she seemed to be running constantly.

Came here for lunch with some team members. I got the Falafel. It was very tasty. I would have liked it with a side of fries, but it was good (and i am sure better for you) without.I am not a vegetarian, nor a vegan, but can say without lying that the food here was enjoyable. If you are vegan, I would imagine this is what your seven would be like.

People around us look happy eating healthy food. It has been more than an hour that smiles abound. The guests who arrived after we were seated have taken out their toothpicks and put away their dessert plates. Other clients who came in ages ago have left with their take out orders. We sit with dried Kale Chips and listen to our stomachs churn. Excellent food when it arrives. Too bad we are too faint to enjoy it fully.

My son and I decided to start a vegetarian meal plan and chose Raw Aura as our kick off to a healthy lifestyle. We had no idea it was vegan but we loved it! The food is surprisingly delicious. I could never get my teenager to eat zucchini.... He didn't read the menu properly and I didn't tell him the noodles were zucchini. He loved them! We will be frequent customers to Raw Aura as we plan to try all their menu items. We highly recommend this small but fabulous restaurant!
