Pizzaiolo - Mississauga

I had a delightful experience at the Queen Street location! The food was delicious, crispy, and the employees were fantastic. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff was friendly and attentive, serving us an amazing pizza. This was my second time ordering from them; the first time, the delivery took a while. However, overall, I highly recommend this place!

Once I finally received the order and brought it home, I was disappointed to find that half of the pizzas were burned, all of them were cold and dry, and there were several incorrect toppings, including one pizza with toppings that were not standard. After that, I called to ask for at least a refund for my delivery fee and drink, but I didn't receive any response. I felt let down, especially since I usually enjoy Pizzaiolo. I understand that places can get busy and might be understaffed, but it’s crucial for them to rectify mistakes with their customers after such an obvious error.

I had a fantastic experience and will definitely return. The ingredients were fresh, and the pizza was delicious—especially the Margherita pizza, which was outstanding. The staff and manager were kind, courteous, and very helpful. We had a small child who can't drink cold water, and the staff went out of their way to bring us room temperature bottled water. Every team member was smiling and appeared genuinely happy to be there, which is a refreshing change to see these days.

I love the pizza, but the delivery time is a serious problem and this is not the first time that this site had. I ordered my pizza at 6:30 am online. the payment receipt said my order will be 40 minutes. from 7:50 it is not yet here. When I called at 7:30, the driver was told me about 7:25. I understand that we could live in difficult times and get rid of drivers difficult to rent, but they must tell them when this is the case. it is the responsible thing to do. quality eating and fast delivery are the keys to customer satisfaction. it's almost 8:00 now and it's not here yet. as I said, this is not the first time, and unfortunately this will be the last time I order from this place.

The best vegan pizza I had in a long time. The dough is made fresh, vegetables are fresh and the pizza smells great. The cherry on top is the staff. They are very welcoming and always offer the best customer service on the phone and in store.
