We ordered the Canadian burger at lunch. It was delicious as were the fries. The staff was polite the restaurant clean.When we drove away we both realized that there was no bacon on the burgers.I emailed the head office received a note immediately and the owner of the restaurant called to apologize and offered the next time we are in to ask for him and the burgers are free. Very impressed with the customer service. View all feedback.

Whenever I visit Square One, I always end up coming to this restaurant.
I don't understand the hype surrounding this restaurant. I honestly think that Costco's poutine is better than theirs. The fries are overcooked and have a strange flavor.
