During our stay at the Toronto Airport Hilton, we had the pleasure of dining at the Mosaic Kitchen twice—once for a late dinner and again for breakfast. Both experiences were excellent, featuring wonderful service and delicious food. If I were to stay at this hotel again, I would certainly choose to eat there once more. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mosaic Kitchen Lounge:
terrible service. cold mediocre food. had a reservation. armed and time and sat. then took 35 minutes to take our drinks and food orders. we had two tables. a table of 9, 6 of them were children. our second table was a seat of 7 adults. both of them had their order about the same time. 25 minutes later, both tables received all alcoholic beverages, but it took several requests and another 25 minutes for the non-alcoh... The sandwiches here are priced like those at a high-end restaurant, but they are no better than what you'd find at Safeway. They expect you to appreciate their cuisine, but I didn't see the value in it. Also, the entire building seems to have had tenants who smoked for the last 100 years. I wouldn't choose to stay here if I could avoid it, as it feels detrimental to my health.
Excellent service. The guys, even came out and sang happy birthday to my husband, which meant a lot. Food and dessert were great!

We arrived hoping to enjoy the extensive menu that was advertised, but we were surprised to find out they were only serving a limited selection. The options were essentially just soup, a hamburger, chicken fingers, and grilled cheese. We were quite disappointed.
We enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel restaurant and the variety of dishes on the menu.
