LacVien Vietnamese Restaurant

What a great restaurant to visit! Very tasty food, friendly staff and tasty food. The portion size for the pho soup was huge! The small size would have been plenty. The restaurant itself was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly.

I took my dad to LacVien for Father's Day. They do nothing different on this day than they do every other day. My dad is 84 and he has wanted to try Vietnamese food for years. Having been to Vietnam on a past trip, it was the type of food I would rush out to find. My son had recently been to LacViet and thought it would be great for my dad to try. I was very surprised! My mom came along also (she's 82) and she does not care for spicy. That was the treat, we could all enjoy a really good Asian meal and it would suit all palates. We ordered appetizers (spring rolls and mango salad) then Pho (chicken, well cooked) and then beef and rice and vegetables. We concluded that by the end we had enough food for 6 and not only 3. Everything was absolutely delicious, especially the PHO - I can highly recommend the soup. It is mostly what Vietnamese cuisine is known for, their Pho (soup). It will be prepared for you exactly to your liking. If you want something cooked a certain way, or leave another ingredient (usually, I will pass on the trip) and it will show up exactly as you wanted it. Don't be surprised by the simple surroundings. There is no white linen or fancy wine list. It is comfortable, the service is good, they take dishes away when it is the right time. Just go, enjoy and be adventurous. It will be well worth your while, and it won't break the bank, but you will have had a delicious meal. Enjoy!

Really like finding good Vietnamese restaurants. Had a vermicelli bowl and fresh chicken rolls. Friend had spicy soup. It was fresh and so tasty. Price was great and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Delicious food, tasty drinks, efficent and kind service staff. I always enjoy my visit! Try the mango shake :)

Went for lunch. Service was very good. Food was very good. Prices are below average. Definitely will return.
