Food is ok for Mississauga. Service is the worst I've ever experienced, had to chase the waiter all night. We cam in with no other tables in the place, had to ask 3 times for rice, each time was met with a condescending, "Yeah yeah, coming," then when the rice did arrive it was my fault that I did not request it beforehand. Food is ok for Mississauga. Service is the worst I've ever experienced, had to chase the waiter all night. We cam in with no other tables in the place, had to ask 3 times for rice, each time was met with a condescending, "Yeah yeah, coming," then when the rice did arrive it was my fault that I did not request it beforehand. Had to keep chasing to even ask for the bill. Finally called the manager over to complain, finally got the bill and the manager asks me to leave a tip. Told him my tip is that if I have to chase the waiter all night I could have gone to a self serve buffet restaurant. No apology, no sincerity, no service = no tip...have not been here in a while and will not be back. Much better service choices south of here on Burnhamthorpe. Will take my business elsewhere next time.

Went there with 3 other friends for Dim Sum. They have their Dim Sum special pricing of $2.80 from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 4pm for any size Dim Sum plate compare to other local restaurants. The food was hot and quite tasty ; service was very good as they were quite attentive to the needs of the customers. The decor is little antiquated, and could use refresh look. Will go back again.

We haven't been back to Golden Fountain for a while until recently.The reasons that the food quality and taste were sub-par comparing to its competitors in the City. Also that the services were poor as the servers were not very friendly before.Now it is under new management and cooking staffs, the quality of food has improved a lot in both taste and freshness. Services has also become acceptable. Dim sum are priced reasonably, so we have been back a few time in the last two months.

Have come here for dim sum multiple times with family. Before 11:30 and between 1:30-3, during the weekdays, all dim sum sizes are flat rate $2.80! Excellent quality rice noodles (churng fun.)
