Burger King - Mississauga

The customer service is quite decent, and the prices are reasonable. The only thing that could use improvement is the cleanliness. I have visited this restaurant multiple times and overall, I am satisfied.

Love the BK deals. They also regularly send coupons for two can dine and buy one get one free. Tke breakfast sandwich is my favorite better than McD and Tims. Coffee and a muffin only $1.77 with tax. I drive right past the long lines at Tims to get this deal. The coffee is very good with a excellent no spill lid. Had problems before with servers speaking bad English but that seems to have been fixed.

Nothing really bad to say. Nothing really good to say either. Typical Burger King. Only suggestion is staff should maybe smile more.

I have visited this restaurant a few times because it's conveniently on my way back to work. The lunch crowd is usually good, but there frequently seems to be a lack of staff at the cash register. The burger I've ordered has consistently been served lukewarm, which is a bit concerning to me. The idea of microwaving mayo also makes me uneasy. Despite these issues, I still find myself stopping by a few times a year.

My boyfriend ordered two BK Double Stackers with fries and a drink at the drive-thru. The employee taking his order mentioned that Whoppers were cheaper or on special, but due to a language barrier, it was unclear. When he realized his order was incorrect after leaving the drive-thru, we were already pressed for time and had to leave. He found the employee to be not only unclear but also rude. We will not be coming back to this restaurant.
