Every time I look, I hope for a pleasant experience to write an evaluation. I stopped writing cripples for a while because I had no good experience talking about it. uncanny to say at least. I write today because I had at least five experiences in a series that were extremely annoying. I usually have dinner with a friend at this place and then order a meal for the trip. at least five times in a row, they forgot a part of the dinner. every time I went back, I would let her know, but somehow it went on. believe me when I say I didn't want to go back, but my friend likes to eat and it's very comfortable for him. During my last visit I gave them a $50 gift certificate that I had received from scotiabank a few months ago. there was no expiry date, but I was told that it had expired. are there no law passed on to gift certificates? I wrote to the manager an e-mail as he had requested some weeks ago and had not yet received a confirmation of my complaint. I think my next step will be to contact her office because I don't want to fall that. I'm working too hard for my money. Pretended in front of this facility! They don't learn from their mistakes and have no idea what the customer service is. they only seem to benefit from people.

I went with my family of 6 and it was a very nice experience. most of us used their Wednesday all-you-can-eat pasta brotseite (salad or suppe) special. some chose other items. the staff was friendly and the manager was. very good to go around and check on customers and fill when the staff was busy. sometimes the employees were a little slow back to check us, but overall it was not a big problem. everyone liked his meal and we sat in a beautiful stand was comfortable for all of us and that allowed me to set up my foot (in a occupancy) where it would not be wise in any other way. I saw smaller groups and couples in the restaurant, so it is not only good for families. I would definitely come back here if I were back in the opposite.

We all have something we like to eat and drink. friendly staff. eating is cut.

Just wanted to make a big scream after ashley d. from this place (dixie and dundas!) that eating out was punctual and very tasty! I loved the fact that wee at the front cash was available for last minute joy! she was. very friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile laborious as she drove tonight dinner to my senior 88 years mother for her birthday in etobicoke, ontario. my mother had just come over Covid-19 and fell twice in the last week. we needed a pick-up for her and that was perfect for her birthday! She was so happy. again thank you ashely and she loved her cheesecake birthday dessert! happy new year for her and her staff! cheers janice and doreen

I wish I could take over these girls there wouldn't be talking personally slander of other people around customers, would not be wearing there hair down swinging in the food, would not be wearing jackets behind bar well serving. I cannot Express the lack of...professionalism. If you need me reply back. Took way to long for wine, bread and food. All using excuses of kitchen. Your business will do great because food is great! Service you need someone to teach proper service.
