While this restaurant offers some tasty food and has an impressive atmosphere, the negative attitude of the staff really overshadows the experience. I've been turned away several times, and it was never done politely. There always seems to be some issue or unhelpful remark that makes you or others feel unwelcome. If they want to succeed in the long run, they seriously need to improve their customer service. Food rating: 3.

It was our first time at Redemption. I have 20 years (training) experience in the restaurant industry and can usually spot a dozen or 2 things that could be improved during a dining experience. Not at Redemption, we had a fantastic experience. Staff was spot on and food was excellent at a good price. Would highly recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
