I've been here plenty of times in the past and have noticed a steep decline in the quality of their food. As of today I'm sick and dealing with a heavy bout of food poisoning.

Supposed to be freshly cooked however my tenders were almost cold when I ate them 5 minutes later. Overall a very poor experience all around.

The manager was awesome and made us feel welcome regardless of our terrible timing. I got the Buffalo Mac and it was very very good. Really appreciated thekindness we received. I stepped out for just 12 minutes to run an errand, and when I came back, SHE WAS STILL ON THE PHONE! HOW RUDE!

I noticed one girl was on her p... read more The front register staff was somewhat direct, as he was training someone. There were many employees working in the back kitchen. I noticed one girl was on her phone while another was busy bagging orders and making wings. A young man was frying, while two others seemed to be just observing, possibly also in training. Since it was a Chiefs game day, the place got busy quickly. There was nice music playing, but the cooks had their music turned up much louder. We also found that the ketchup was out, and we had to ask for more.

After realizing the... read more My experience at Wingstop was terrible. It took them half an hour to bring our food, and when they finally did, it was someone else’s order. After realizing the mistake, they only gave us a complimentary brownie, while the people whose order was mixed up received their correct food.
