I walked in to find all four wor... read more I ordered my food using an app, and they notified me that it was ready. However, when I arrived, my order wasn't even prepared! I walked in to find all four workers in an office doing nothing. I waited for them to start on my order, which still wasn't ready, and to my surprise, I was charged for a complete meal. To make matters worse, my order was missing the biscuits, so half of it was incomplete. Their solution was simply to cancel everything! Rude staff, terrible service, and poor management!

I took a picture but chose not to share it. The chicken was decent, but there was too much skin, except for the leg pieces. I recommend sticking to the legs if you go. I don’t plan to return anytime soon. While the man working inside was diligent, I’d rather avoid another encounter with that unfriendly woman. I encounter enough negativity as it is.

The KFC at this location has two employees with the poorest customer service I've ever encountered. Their facial expressions clearly show their bad attitude, as if they don’t even want to be there. If they’re still working there, what is management doing? It seems like they don’t care about training or ensuring good customer service. Every time I order food here, the service is consistently terrible.

Ordering online or through the app is quite frustrating. It seems like they’re not very motivated to sell their food.
