The staff didn’t seem to notice it or close the glass lid. I won’t be returning there.

She and the other employees consistently appeared to be overcharging and had a negative attitude, particularly during the lunch rush. It's evident that this restaurant needs new management.

I usually visit the Subway on Mission that’s nearest to my home, but recently the service has been awful. I often have to wait in my car for at least 15 minutes... read more I usually visit the Subway on Mission that’s nearest to my home, but recently the service has been awful. I often have to wait in my car for at least 15 minutes at the drive-thru. The staff doesn’t seem to care about my convenience. When I place my order, I find myself having to repeat it more than three times. Because of their poor service, I've had to start going to a different Subway location.

This made my fiancé lose her appetite for the sandwich I ordered. I had also planned to order two additional sandwiches for myself for later in the day, but I felt uncomfortable and decided against it out of concern for inconveniencing her.
