What User doesn't like about Tapas Flavors Of Spain:
The manager at this restaurant is very rude and constantly pushes people. They have reserved tables near the bar that they insist you sit at, even if you don't want to. The atmosphere is lacking and they charge $12 for what seems to be a mediocre live band performance. The food is not good either, and I am just glad I didn't get food poisoning from it. I also noticed some concerning things about the kitchen when I pe... View all feedback.
Extreme DISAPPOINTED. After living in Spain, I was so excited that a tapas restaurant and nightclub opened in the city. We were really shocked how bad this restaurant was. We ordered the olives that tasted like they were just from a can. Still excited to be in a Spanish? Place I ignored her and we decided to order the Bruschetta. The waiter returned to tell us that they were out of bread... ..instead of ordering one of their vegetable paella to share. Oddly, 5 minutes later, another waitress comes by asking if we want a basket of bread. Confusing about why we had just been denied the bread, but hey suddenly had something, now we said yes. We stared, we pulled a few pieces and started eating the bread. Not only was this bread DEFINITELY not fresh, it tasted like it had been sitting in a plastic bag for months, as it was probably close to stamina. At this point, we were really upset by the clear lack of concern for authentic or even high-quality foods. Wary on our Paella, the waiter told us it should be every minute. One hour went by and apologised, and finally our paella came. Our vegetables? Paella had only paprika in it. Nothing else. Peppers and rice. And I don't exaggerate when I say it tasted like a boxed rice mix and frozen peppers. We took a bite and even starved as we decided that our experience was over here. The manager has refunded our paella, which was thought, but this place has no business advertising as a?Spanish? restaurant. I have to say that the salsa dance and flamenco was fun watching, but unlike that, a huge one left in every way.

The food was excellent. We opted for family-style dining and enjoyed a variety of dishes together.
This restaurant was exactly what I was looking for, I didn't have to travel far from home. The music was amazing and Gabriel and Vero were not only excellent and professional, but also helpful and fun. The food was delicious too! Kudos to the chefs!
I was only at the restaurant to dance salsa and bachata, as the kitchen was closed. I recommend that they have some appetizers or tapas available for sale to the dancers. I was hungry and had to drive all the way back to San Diego, but Tacos el Gordo H. St saved the day. LOL.
