Tim Hortons - Mission

The restaurant is frequently crowded, so it may not always be the cleanest, but the staff is always working diligently.

Now that spring is here, it is essential for the restaurant to install fly screens on their donut racks. My appetite instantly disappears when I see flies on their donuts, causing me to lose my desire to eat there. Unfortunately, this is a common occurrence at various locations, which is very disappointing.

Every night when I go to Pik Up Coffee, there is no good coffee staff available.

I waited for over 15 minutes in the drive-thru, hoping for a quick stop as I have a broken foot and needed to get home. When I finally reached the window, I inquired about my missing bagel and hash brown, only to be told that they had forgotten my order. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience at this restaurant - they often get my order wrong or forget items, which is embarrassing when I have to go back and deal with their unorganized staff. They need to either train their current employees better or find a new crew altogether, or they will continue to lose customers. Additionally, it shouldn't take someone over 5 minutes to process a refund for a missing bagel - if they can't handle basic tasks efficiently, they need to reconsider their staffing choices.

This restaurant is terrible. The staff is indifferent. The location is great, but after waiting 10 minutes in the car, we discovered they only have sandwiches and no donuts or soup. Also, the Tim Hortons coffee tastes awful.
