This place is a hidden gem. I then had Henry special, vermacile, chicken and vegetables spring rolls. The ambience is great, Henry the owner gives you VIP service and welcomes you with warm hospitality. The quality is amazing, the service excellent. I traveled 30 minutes to check this place, high, highly recommended, fresh as at home made food mix or spicy as you wish. Great place. View all feedback.
What Diego Feil doesn't like about New Saigon Vietnamese Cuisine:
I placed my order after asking if the dish I had chosen was hot/spicy, I was told it was only a little hot. The dish was very spicy it burned my lips before entering my mouth! No one checked with us to see if our...food was ok. I could not eat my meal so I put it over to the side, but although the servers must have seen it no one came to ask what was wrong. Very very bad experience, rude staff , the waiting time is very long, not worth it to go there at all, the quality of food wasn't great, absolutely not recommended
Oh my God , For the first time in my life, I see the owner of the restaurant refuse to serve a respectable person who asked him to speed up his order for food. They fired this respectable person because one of the employees could not communicate with this person. For me, this is the last time I go to this restaurant, and I do not recommend anyone to go to this restaurant.
Very bad service, they push you to leave there location saying that you need to wait 30 minutes for the food , and they don't have stuff, or short stuff, or they have a big order , please don't loose your time to go there , Very bad experience, They treated me very badly because I asked them to speed up my order and they expelled me from the restaurant. Please note that I am their customer every Monday of the week.
Amazing food. Great staff and service. Defs my fave spot for Pho.
