Stopped by on a spring Sunday during the children's festival, we had blizzards. We waited in line probably ten minutes but when we received the blizzards they were freshly made. Both tasted good and were enjoyed by myself and my wife. This location is about typical with most Dairy Queen's, they look rather dated on the outside and inside but provide adequate service. What User doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
On our first visit to this DQ, we stood there for at least 2 minutes before anyone even said anything, plus it's a kind of strange layout at the counter and the drive thru window! Went to order an ice cream cake, told that the book with cake designs was over by the freezer section, good enough, went and picked one out. Back to the counter, and after another wait, told we have to call the cake order phone number!! Ok,... View all feedback.

In the 90s was the first time we celebrated a summer birthday with a Dairy Queen's Ice Cream Cake. That is all I have had at Dairy Queen. An ice cream cake to go just about every year. I make sure to have a good crowd so most of the cake is finished when I serve it. Those cakes are just the way it sounds, very sweet, tons of ice cream, some cake in between layers...something to have once in a while. I make sure I am the one who brings it out and I enjoy to see the expressions. Even the most conservative eaters take a little piece...children want BIG pieces and mom's need to control the portions for everyone. Fun for all...

Get home and call the order desk, and the design we had picked out wasn't available at this branch!!! Don't think were going back
Too many mistakes are made and not enough staff. Ask to speak to supervisor and they have no authorization to comp you anything for the mistakes on to orders and not realizing it until you get home! Owner never in and staff say they're not allowed to compensate for mistakes or long line ups in both inside and cars. Disgusting Scrooge who just wants our money!
We needed a ice cream treat and were in Mission, B.C. on 17 April 2016 at 345pm on the Lougheed Hwy(32753) and saw the DQ. This DQ is on the N. side just passed Safeway. The wait at the line up seemed a long time. The air in the building was very stale and hot, people complaining also and wiping their foreheads, actually hotter inside than hot and a nice warm 26C day. We ordered two Sundae's. One had hardly any fudge on it and I ordered a strawberry which I took back as only very little red juice and no strawberries and even crushed! The girl said they did not have any!! I was first served by Lilah C. F-0142 ck:22, 504pm. People at the food line up were also complaining it was taking so long(lady standing with cane). Yes it was very warm and we got up from our table and left asap. We will not be back to this DQ again and choose another fast food restaurant. I did go on their web site for the survey and it would not come on, and will try another day. Softsand-13.
