Burgers are good as are the fries when they are hot and fresh. Shakes are way above average. Since food is cooked to order it takes more time than most burger joints. This applies to drive thru as well which I avoid for that reason View all feedback.

it was in order. the place was empty, they have to stand at a kiosk to order their food now, then they put themselves, and again to get their own food when it is finished. no service, and the interior of the restaurant was somewhat dirty. do not define the steak 'n shake that I remember and miss. Our waitress was very kind and loved my son! She had our food to us faster than our shakes and didn't get me my to go cup but overall it was good! Everyone was friendly!
Had a great meal...and the waitress was awesome gotta say it a great place and even thou they were very busy tonight it was awesome.
My husband and I actually had a good experience hereI was skeptical after reading the reviews and seeing there were only 2 stars out of 27 reviews.
It was alright and I hate to say thatAZ doesn't have a real Steak n Shake so it was a must while visiting IN.
This restaurant was awful, from the service and atmosphere all the way down to the food.
