This was our first time to eat here tonight and we will definitely come back. Our server (Freda or Freedom) I'm sorry, I couldn't hear well. was great. She was super nice and helpful to ask how we had a bigger group. It was my son's birthday dinner and all Hooter girls came by and sang and she took a photo with my son, it was super adorable. What S M doesn't like about Hooters:
I ordered take out from here last night. The burgers were way over cooked, almost burnt, and dry. My father's mushroom and swiss burger had no cheese and he said the mushrooms were old nasty and dry. We also ordered cheese cake slices and he got a parfait and I got a piece of chocolate cake when I don't really care for chocolate. A huge disappointment for such an expensive meal. The food was excellent and served promptly! The drinks were refreshing and just what I needed! The staff at Hooters always go above and beyond to ensure my experience is truly enjoyable!
We were out on a motorcycle ride and needed a break, so we decided to stop in at this restaurant. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. My husband got a little distracted when the waitress approached, but he enjoyed the experience overall.
I placed an online order at 10:30pm, and the website confirmation said I could pick it up at 11:04pm. When I arrived at the store at 11:10pm, they told me I needed to wait another 20 minutes. After that, they made me wait an additional 15 minutes before finally receiving my food at 12am. I ended up waiting in the store for a total of 1 hour. I would not have minded the wait if the website had given me a more accurate estimated time. I will not be ordering from this store again. If you're hungry, I suggest not wasting your time here.
I did not go.. I pulled in parking lot and delebrated ..but being by my self I choose not to go in..
Ordered online from this Hooters location. Restaurant hours said open till 10pm. Arrived at 9:20, waited 10 mins for someone to help me, and was informed the kitchen was closed at 9pm. Manager said he refunded my bill. It’s been 3 days and the charge is still there. Furthermore, calling the store results on no answer or an infinite loop of automated messages that get me nowhere.
