Tim Hortons - Miramichi

I enjoy the food at this restaurant, but I wish they would provide better training for their new employees from other countries. They have difficulty understanding and speaking English, which often leads to confusion with orders. The manager also does not assist customers and can be quite ignorant towards them. Many people have complained about this issue in the past.

For some reason, they have a team member with poor communication skills, particularly the person who takes the orders.

The counter service at this restaurant is usually pretty good, but the mobile pickup service needs some improvement. When an order is marked "Prepare Now," you would expect them to start making it after the next in-person customer, right? It's disappointing when they leave the order slip on the counter until the customer arrives almost 10 minutes later, only to then wait another 10 minutes for the order to be prepared. It's especially frustrating when items are missing.

The service was great and I was greeted with a smile and the person who took my order was very friendly and helpful and made a great cup of coffee

The way the parking lot and drive through is built makes it a little confusing to navigate. The location inside is nice and clean.
