Today 10/24/2020, at 7:16 pm I placed an order with Pizza Hut for a Supreme Pan Pizza, with an order of 8 boneless wings and a 2-liter bottle of soda, the woman who He attended me and indicated that it would take about 25 min, so far so good. Bad customer service After placing an order and waiting more than an hour they tell you that there is no order in their name. They hang up the call, when you ask the manager they tell you that there is not available. Horrible service
I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. I placed an online order for six wings and tasconi pasta, but when the order arrived, I received six wings and a pizza instead. I called three times to sort it out, but all I got was put on hold. Each time, a girl kept coming to the phone to tell me that the manager was on the way, but that never happened. I'm definitely reporting this to the corporate office because it's frustrating how they handled my order, especially since I spent my hard-earned money here. We need to demand better service.
I consistently receive great customer service whenever I visit this restaurant. My kids always enjoy the food as well.
I love Pizza Hut, but one thing I dislike is how greasy the pizza can be.
