An always favorite! The only downside is that all the Little Caesars locations seem to have shifted their focus to personalized orders instead of storing variations. I had a terrible experience with customer service. The lobby was packed with people, and the employees were laughing in the back instead of being productive. I waited over 10 minutes for a pizza that was already ready. When I raised my voice to let them know I was just there to pick up my order, someone finally responded, "We will be with you in a moment, ma'am."
