I had a terrible experience with customer service. The lobby was packed with people, and the employees were laughing in the back instead of being productive. I waited over 10 minutes for a pizza that was already ready. When I raised my voice to let them know I was just there to pick up my order, someone finally responded, "We will be with you in a moment, ma'am." I made my own pizza with pineapple and ham, and I only put five pieces on it. Oh my gosh!
The employees triniti and leon are really nice. a great pizza.
We ordered online. The pizza was fresh out of the oven and the order was accurate. The worker was very efficient.
