Pizza was perfect, even the Parmesan bits and cinnamon bread drills were delicious! It is only complaining that I have not received the garlic or the mango habanero dip cups I ordered and paid. I also ordered 2 LTR Fuze ice tea and I received minute Maid lemonade (which I don't like). Other than that, Pizza came here fast and delivery guy Moises was on time! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
very poor customer service. Eating is never ready even though the computer says ready for pickup. most of the time there are items that are missing from the purchase and the pizzas are not cut. I've often addressed this and the excuse is always busy. with so many food options I will no longer give them my business. Didn't know that there were so many bad reviews of this place. This is.now my go to Dominos. The secret is to order the food on the Dominos app or website instead of going in to order. That way you know when the pizza is ready. Usually a lot of kids work here so don't look for customer service but the pizza hasdefinitely gotten a whole lot better.
Best location in this region. Phone calls are answered even on their busiest days. Lovely girl Ashley is very professional over the phone. Orders are made within the quoted time frame and check out is always made easy by a stellar young man named RaJunior.Any problems that required a mangers attention was resolved within a reasonable time by Alexis. He was very patient, attentiveand accommodating. This is my go to Domino?s location hands down !!!!
I ordered as I wait for my pizza, the phone has rung for over 35 min and no one has answered it. They allowed a uner driver to just go in the back and open up delivery bags looking for his order. I witnessed him to in the back to the managers office twiceunchecked. I will not come here again..
This location has many young employees. And they are loud obviously very disrespectful. I was there last Saturday night to pick up my order and the employees cursed has worked joking shouting to one another. I could not believe was I was listening too.Very disrespectful. Specially where you have customers walking in.
I ordered for curb side pick up and the app would not update the tracking order information. My order was still in the ?prep? phase the entire time. When I arrived at 7:45pm I text here and the young lady come to my vehicle on the passenger side when Irequested the driver side and she was extremely rude. I said hello how are you and not one word back. I said thank you have agreat night and again she said nothing and walked away. It does not take much for great customer service
