Not even the right opening hours and the employer ignores us.
I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. I would rate it 5 out of 5.
Jad, she worked there, she forgot my order in the oven, since she was on the phone . After waiting 10 min. She didn’t apologize at all. She was pushing me to change my order as well!!Service: 1/5
I did not enjoy my experience at Mr.Pretzels at the Outlets in Mirabel at all. The two employees were gas sleeping and not smiling at all. In addition, they nervously mentioned that they had no more bites even though they were at 6 a.m. before the store closed! They lost several sales because they refused to serve cut pretzels to customers. When I shared the idea of taking a normal pretzel and cutting it up, they said it was impossible, which was probably done just fine!
