Barbecue Mirabel BBQ

We were searching for a restaurant owned by a family rather than a chain, and discovered B.B.Q. Mirabel. The restaurant was filled with families, including a kids' hockey team. Despite the busy atmosphere, our server was able to quickly and efficiently take our order. The restaurant's service was outstanding and the staff was friendly.

My sister found this restaurant online as we were unfamiliar with the area. Even at 8:00 p.m. it was the busiest restaurant around. We drove past it the first time as we are used to seeing even addresses on one side of the road and odd numbers on the opposie side. We were greeted cheerfully and seated in a booth. We were going to split a large pizza; however, the manager suggested the medium size would be plenty. We chose the medium size, Speciale BAR-B-Q Mirabel at $19.45. Yes, that includes bacon! And...yes, it was plenty for both of us. There were lots of toppings including lots of yummy, gooey cheese. I am a chocolate lover and I can tell you this pizza ranked right up there with chocolate. It was the best pizza I have ever had. Now for those who would not choose pizza, there are salads, soups, hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, fish, chicken, Chineese food, Italian food. There is something for every palette. The restaurant is suitable for families. Requesting separate bills was not a problem. I wish this restaurant was not so far away from where I live as I would be a frequent patron.
