Darum besser erst ab 20... read more Die Terrasse ist der Abendsonne voll ausgesetzt. Da die Sonne sehr flach scheint bieten die Sonnenschirme nur eine minimale Beschattung. Darum besser erst ab 20 Uhr reservieren, ansonsten es im Sommer zu heiss wird. Bei Anfahrt mit dem Boot bietet das Restaurant die beste Anlegestelle am ganzen Lago Maggiore. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Küche geht auch auf Spezialwünsche ein, die nicht auf der Karte sind. Fisch und alles aus dem Meer ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Speisekarte ist weniger auf Kinder ausgerichtet als auf Paare, die den tollen Ausblick auf den See und die Abendstimmung geniessen möchten!

Terrasse ist überdeckt es hat also genügend Schatten wenn man nicht in der Sonne sitzen möchte.Wir haben gegrillten Fisch gegessen und waren richtig happy.Vor oder nach dem Essen kann man einen Spaziergang oder mit dem Fahrrad dem See entlang ... wer will ... bis nach Locarno!Es gibt Parkplätze... aber im Sommer am Wochenende dürften die relativ schnell voll sein.

Although it was dark, I could imagine in the summer time the terrace is incredible! Look at it....

However, we sat on a " terrace that was clos... read more We were there when, due to the restrictions of Covid-19, only the terrace of the restaurant was allowed to be open. However, we sat on a " terrace that was closed on 3 pages and the 4th. Page had a glass front that was only partially open. The food was average and expensive. The beef tar was ok, but the fried fish plate had some pieces of unrecognizable taste fish and the beef fillet allegedly fried potatoes on it, but it had a very strange taste. Despite the location I cannot recommend the restaurant

Great location and used to make great food, efficient and friendly service... do not know what happened, the food is not up to previous standards and the service is slow... so do not know if we come back, as twice disappointed.
