The dining area is small, but the service is exceptional and the food is delicious. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating, making it a great place for everyone to enjoy.
Minturn is a small town located just a few minutes' drive from Vail, Beaver Creek, and Avon, Colorado. This charming Thai restaurant is a family-owned business that offers a cozy dining experience. They have a selection of explicitly vegan dishes, and they can also easily accommodate other dishes to be made vegan upon request. I tried the Vegan Penang Curry, while my friend Linda had the Pad Thai Noodles made vegan. Both dishes were full of flavor. Parking is available on the street in front of the restaurant. Prices are a bit higher, but it's to be expected in the mountains where everything is shipped in. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Avon.
Located just 10 minutes from Vail, this restaurant is a nice little gem right along Main Street in downtown Minturn. I visited during early mid September, so they had a summer menu, which had fewer options than what’s available during the winter, but still about 40-50% of their menu was easily veganized. The waiter was knowledgeable and able to show me each item that could be vegan.
During our visit to Avon to see our son and go skiing in Vail, we dined at this family-owned restaurant. The daughter was extremely kind and accommodating, quickly providing us with a vegetarian/vegan menu when we inquired. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be returning every time we are in town. Even the local residents stopped to praise the delicious dishes.
