This charming Thai restaurant is a family-owned business... read more Minturn is a small town located just a few minutes' drive from Vail, Beaver Creek, and Avon, Colorado. This charming Thai restaurant is a family-owned business that offers a cozy dining experience. They have a selection of explicitly vegan dishes, and they can also easily accommodate other dishes to be made vegan upon request. I tried the Vegan Penang Curry, while my friend Linda had the Pad Thai Noodles made vegan. Both dishes were full of flavor. Parking is available on the street in front of the restaurant. Prices are a bit higher, but it's to be expected in the mountains where everything is shipped in. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Avon.

I visited during early mid September, so they had a summer menu, which had fewer options than what’s available during the winter, but still about 40-50% of their menu was easily veganized. The waiter was knowledgeable and able to show me each item that could be vegan.

The daughter was extremely kind and accommodating, quickly providing us with a vegetarian/vegan menu when we inquired. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be returning every time we are in town. Even the local residents stopped to praise the delicious dishes.

This charming Thai restaurant, which is family-owned, offers a delightful dining experience. They have a variety of explicit vegan dishes available, and can also modify other dishes to be vegan upon request. I tried the vegan penang curry, while my friend Linda enjoyed the vegan pad thai noodles. Both dishes were delicious. Parking is available along the road in front of the restaurant. While prices may be a bit on the higher side, this is typical for mountain towns. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Avon.
