I’ve eaten here a few times, and the food is quite nice and the portions are very generous. But they struggle to get soy coffees right. I went there yesterday and the soy cap they served me was undrinkable. They had made it burning hot and the milk had really badly curdled. Like about 50% of the mug was thick, curdled gunk. I went to the counter and asked them to remake it, but the person (possibly manager? said that all soy coffees are like that and to Google it I explained that this was not normal, and that I have been getting barista coffees for years, and that the soy milk being too hot was the issue. But she kept saying that no, all soy milk does that, just Google it I asked her to remake it and she said that it will just be the same because every soy milk is like that and that I should Google it This went in circles for quite some time. I eventually got my money refunded. And I Googled it. They’re overheating the milk. Not all soy milk does this. If the manager is reading this please Google how to make soy coffees.
