I visited Minto KFC this evening around 5:30 PM and ordered a Giant Feast along with a separate meal. I thought my timing was great since the place was empty an... read more I visited Minto KFC this evening around 5:30 PM and ordered a Giant Feast along with a separate meal. I thought my timing was great since the place was empty and there wasn’t a single car in the parking lot or drive-thru. Typically, this KFC has a high volume of customers. I received my separate meal first, but after about 20 minutes, I was still waiting for the Giant Feast. During that time, the restaurant started to fill up, and I noticed many customers receiving their orders before me, including two Giant Feasts. When I inquired after the 20-minute wait about why those who ordered after me were getting served first, I was told it was because they didn't order chicken. I urge you to pass this feedback along to the management team. Minto KFC is one of my favorite locations for KFC, but the staff and management need to improve their service.
