What Elada J doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
Placed an online order for 2 medium pepperoni pizzas. My fault for rushing out of the door without checking, but one pizza had 2 slices with virually nothing on them. I'm sure someone saw it before it went in the box. The second pizza was also on the dry side. I should have expected this when my order was ready in 5 minutes. This will be my last Papa John's order. I placed an online order and requested my pizza well done, I ended up getting a burnt pizza, Lord have mercy I couldn't even eat the crust!!
Just want to say thank you to the Manager Matt who helped with a problem and fixed it right away. Professionally and courteously done.

It was terrible. We got cold pizza, hard, spicy. Looked not cooked. We just wasted our money. It was like this the first time.
