The staff needs better training. They don't seem to know how to make subs properly and often require guidance. Additionally, they're not familiar with the computer system and have mistakenly billed me for the wrong items on multiple occasions. The service is quite slow, so it's not a good choice if you don’t have at least 20 minutes to wait around.
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the ingredients for a sub and struggled to prepare them correctly. The service was slow, and it felt like they lacked adequate training. I would recommend fixing the toaster and providing better training for the employees. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
Need to train someone to work there. Everytime we go in there we have to tell them how to make subs. They even say they don't normally do that job. Everytime. Get people trained. And get a more reliable toaster oven while your at it. But I guess it's better than the trash mcdonald's down the road
