Sakura Japanese Steakhouse - Minot

We have made reservations for 8 adult and 1 small child. when we came to the restaurant, I noticed that my shoes were lying on the floor and it was really warm in the restaurant. When my man and I came to the table, they looked like the dishes were thrown on the table, the menus were torn and the serviette donor had oily fat drols over everything. because there was no high chair at our table, my man went after one, I could hear his shoes hanging on the floor as he left. When he came back to the table, he said he couldn't find a clean chair. I was disappointed as it used to eat one of our favorites. I feel it could be back when they have closed a week to do a deep cleaning. we went to another restaurant.

Husband and I had a great time with our 8 and 4 year old children! everything was delicious. portioning is a bit too much, but I know that is not a negatiw for most people. the price is just a little over any other seat where you don't get a show. just the reason I don't give 5 stars is that they don't clear the dishes used, and I had to get someone down for another drink. the whole city seems to be undermined.

My shoes hang on the floor of the bathroom. our escaped came every 15 minutes between the meals of each person. had to ask for the last meal since she had never been brought out. the Hibachi-Steak of our sohne was very tasty, but he was done to eat when other foods were brought out. we have eaten at other places and are impressed, not sure that we are back on this.

Haven’t had Hibachi in Minot in a couple of years. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. Our chef was very good and our meal was cooked exactly like we ordered. Best out to eat meal we’ve had in a long time!

Although extremely busy (no open seating), and a much longer than usual wait, the staff was very attentive in keeping us happy while we were patiently waiting our turn with the chef. We were incredibly surprised at the staff's devotion to customer service despite them being seemingly overwhelmed. Have never been treated that way...at any restaurant, ever. We understand the employee shortage in most businesses and had no issue waiting. Awesome job and we will be back...again!
