The restaurant was quite busy but had a very understated atmosphere. Despite the crowds, the place was still very clean. They were short-staffed and didn't have anyone managing the register, so we ordered at a kiosk, and our food was brought to the table. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Dakota Square McDonald’s. Door says lobby open at 9am. Door locked at 10am. Drive through only so truck drivers can starve. Says they’re understaffed. Pay your employees enough that you can maintain adequate staffing. Owners and managers should be embarrassed that they’ve continued to operate like this for over a year. The other McDonald’s are usually on point. View all feedback.
I ordered a deluxe and they were out of lettuce and tomatoes didn’t realize til I was down the road they made it right is all I’ll say
Took around 5 minutes and going back to counter to get my correct fish sandwich Lady cashier super nice The lady manager was okay..at least I think she's a manager never seen her before Dining room needs someone to keep it clean like at South Broadway
They seem to always have trouble getting our orders correct.
I must have forgotten my #1 rule to check the order before leaving. I was 20 minutes away before I realized they did not fill my order completely/correctly.
