On my first visit, I arrived in the afternoon and found that all the baked goods had already sold out. No worries! I realized how quickly things go, so I made sure to visit again early enough to grab some fresh treats. I was not disappointed. The Oreo croissant was fluffy and soft, while the blueberry muffin was perfectly sweet. The iced latte was brewed just right. We will definitely be returning often!

The staff... read more I'm based in Bismarck but head to Minot for work every Wednesday. I stumbled upon this place while making a delivery next door, and I'm so glad I did. The staff is friendly and eager to assist. Their chocolate croissant and monkey bread are the best I’ve ever tasted. I even introduced my delivery partner to this gem, and now he's equally hooked on the monkey bread. Today, I decided to try the coffee for the first time and went for the salted caramel latte, which was amazing. The robust coffee flavor, thanks to the freshly made espresso, was perfectly complemented by a wonderful wave of high-quality salted caramel. It was absolutely fantastic! I will definitely return every Wednesday.

The pastry was wonderfully flaky, warm, and buttery. The monkey bread provided a lovely contrast, boasting a firm outer shell and a soft interior, all bound together with caramel. I highly recommend it!
